make sure it it a cool temperature inside. Perhaps use a fan or an air conditioner. Most importantly, make sure that your dog is drinking lots of water.
References :
I have two dogs, a staffie who loves the heat and a rotty,(that's him in the pic) that can't take the heat at all! What i do is take an old ice-cream tub and fill it with water, sometimes i add some treats or toys to it, then I pop the tub in the freezer, once it's frozen I give it to them and they will lay there licking it until it's all gone. By the time they're finished they're nice and cool...... and they love it!
References :
My dog likes having his face and paws wiped with a tissue soaked in cold water. We also add ice cubes to the water bowl which keeps the temperature down. Tip: feel her pads, if they are cool then so is she.
References :
Couple of things I do. Make sure she has a shady place to lay. I also bought my dog a fan. You can buy a cheap one at walmrt. You can also buy a mister. If you cant get that then I would go out there a couple of times and hose down part of the yard. As it evaporates it will cool the temp down by 10 degrees
References :
Get a child's swimming pool. Fill it with water and let your dog lie and/swim in it. Some dogs will lie beside for cooling. Make sure that your dog has plenty of shade. Also brush the winter hair out of your dog.
References :
If you have air conditioning, put it on.. If you don't then get a fan (you can get small ones cheap!).
Put that on in a room the dog can access and have it laying on the floor so that the dog can lay in front of it.

Also get some kind of juice or fruit that your dog likes and freeze it.. We like to put fruit inside water and freeze it so its like a fruity lolly. Make it big so it lasts longer and they will lick it keeping themselves cool.

And if you have a paddling pool/swimming pool you can have that out.. or a garden sprinkler or hose. just have it on the ground so he can decide if he wants it or not! :)

Hope this gave you some help :) x
References :
Live with 6 dogs, own 2

Keep her inside when you're not around, and most of the time even when you are. Dogs die of heatstroke all the time in the summer, water available or not.

A cute idea is making pupsicles. Mix yogurt and peanut butter together and freeze 'em in an ice cube tray. Take them out and let the dogs go crazy.

They also make dog ice cream. If your dog likes swimming, take her down to a place where she can do that or buy a cheap kiddie pool for her to splash around in.
